Need to cancel or send something back? Here’s a straightforward walkthrough of how things work at Ouncedensity, from changing your mind before an order ships to tracking down your money after a return.

Want to cancel?

If you decide you no longer want an order, you can cancel it for a full refund as long as it hasn’t been shipped or produced yet. The moment the product is already shipped out, cancellation is no longer possible.

Sending something back?

You’re welcome to start a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. When you’re ready, make sure the item is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and still in the original packaging. You’ll also need to include a receipt or proof of purchase. A quick heads-up: please don’t send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our transit station. Instead, reach out to our Customer service at [email protected] to get the return address.

When will I get my money?

After your return arrives and we’ve had a chance to inspect it, we’ll email you a notification of receipt. We’ll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If it’s approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
